Once engaged Peloton Shareholder Services (PSS) obtains the company share registry and will wash the data and run through various external programs to obtain more effective and useful contact data for the engagement program.
PSS then chooses a team of advisers who are briefed by the client’s management on the capital raising initiative. A bespoke script is developed in conjunction with client management where the investment case is made simple and compelling for shareholders.
Several questions are then agreed upon and form the basis of feedback from shareholders.
These questions are loaded into our proprietary software “Velo”. This platform is able to provide results and consistent feedback to our clients. Regular updates will be generated to allow the company to monitor progress and to make proactive decisions that can enhance the outcome during the campaign.
